The postcard campaign with Postcard Mania was one of the best moves for our business we made this year. Not only was the service above and beyond what we expected, and the postcard design absolutely stunning, our business has absolutely exploded since sending them out. In fact, about four weeks after the postcards went out, our average number of website hits tripled, as you can see from the attached graph. Our Sales Manager has never seen as many leads as we have coming in right now. We know the successful action! More postcards!

Overall the service and experience was fantastic. One minor glitch was that we had verbally discussed using a larger card than was originally designed. This wasnt changed and i did not cartch it on tha proof. Still, the cards were a great success and considering the super rush to push this project through I am very pleased and have benefitted geatlly. Super Rush project that landed in my customers mailboxes the day before and after Thanksgiving was just what I needed. One other thought, an email that explains the proccess and the individuals involved from start to finish would have helped. Perhaps i did receive this but missed it. I just wanted to tell you that the postcards are beautiful. The burgundy on the uncoated side is better than anything we’ve had printed before. (I can’t believe other printers haven’t been able to do this…now we know to give them the cmyk colors! You must have thought that I was nuts, but honestly everything else we’ve had done came out very brown.) The navy is perfect – can you send me the cmyk for it? I would like to be able to use that color again.

We purchased 6,000 “jumbo” post cards to be sent to the same 2,000 people 3 times. I was reluctant to start this campaign in the dead of winter and I was pleasantly surprised. We received about 26 leads and had a great close ratio of 65%. Our total sales were about $30,000.00 with several sales pending.

In February and March we enrolled 21 members from the Direct Mailer. Members enroll on a 12 month membership. Total revenue collected for all 21 over 12 months is $8,988. Looks like the postcards have been working for us!

Once again, Brad Parker, Jen Tran and their teammates knocked it out of the park. Always a pleasure to work with PostcardMania and the quality is always as expected. The Receptionists always seem to know who I am calling and what stage my job is in. I love that (from touring your facility) that the Receptionists sit above the sales floor and can readily see if someone is available. Always friendly and efficient. Brad is great at what he does. He always understands my crazy lingo and figures out what I am asking. He also makes great suggestions. Jen Rocks!!!! She and her team must read my mind. Once again, they take my crazy ideas written in my own crazy language and bring back something better than I envisioned. Our first mailing was way better than we thought it would be. We did a banding campaign. We had such good results, we did a second mailing with equal results. Now just mailed into a different market and looking forward to doing more.

This campaign had tremendous immediate results — within one week we had received 10-15 calls from their postcards! On average, every 5,000-card campaign brings in about $20,000 in business!

We mail our own list of approximately 4,000 customers. Of those, we usually end up setting appointments with about 8-10 percent. In revenue on just the service call that amounts to approximately $30,000.00. That is not counting any ancillaries such as humidifier pads, filters, etc. I’ve been quite satisfied with PostcardMania. The people that handle my order are really good at their jobs and stay on top of it until it’s ready to mail. That’s the biggest reason I use PostcardMania to handle my mailings. I also think that the pricing is very competitive and I will continue to use PostcardMania.

We use the postcards differently in that we send them to only customers in our database. That said, we get at least a 50% to 60% response. Income varies because the postcards are for people that have already purchased a maintenance contract. The postcards serve as an appointment reminder card. Sabrina is great! The process is very informative from purchase to creative, to printing, to mailing…Simply said: I know too much (but I like it)!

The cards are also fabulous. I get compliments all the time on the card stock, the glossiness. I think it’s a really professional product!

I made the initial phone call and talked to the girls there. In the matter of a couple days I had a campaign up, a postcard design and a mailing list. We send out 15,000 postcards a month. The last mailing results in 500 phone calls and 13 sales, $97,000 in revenue. 3400% ROI. Now we’re making between $60-100k a month and this is the only marketing we do. I would absolutely recommend PostcardMania to other businesses.

As far as I know we had 2 inquiries to the school from the mailing. One of those families lives within 10 minutes of the school and didn’t know that it existed. One of those families enrolled for next year! That is about $5,300 worth of income to the school. Thanks so much for your help!

It was the easiest process ever. We contacted PostcardMania, we were sent directly to a person that could help us the most, and we were able to get our campaign started really quickly. Our campaign went fantastically! We got 5 new students (and many new leads) with a campaign return of $22,000 a year!

We may actually have 3 new enrollments as a direct result of the postcards. This constitutes 15% of all our students; 1/4th of all NEW students to the school this year. These new students brought in almost $3000 in added revenue to our school; about 15% of our total revenue.

We felt it was the best way to get the news of our new service we provide out while putting our standard in front of them as well. This campaign hasn’t hit yet but in the past, the response has been excellent & immediate! We partake in all avenues of advertising and marketing. Newspapers, magazines, website, facebook, radio, billboards, car/truck wraps, restaurants, sponsorships. The direct mailing seems to hit a different market and puts our name right in front of and in the hands of potential customers. They can save the postcard for a future project which is nice, if they see it elsewhere, they have to remember the name to recall it
