This entry-level role offers a defined path toward a Supervisor position based on performance, consistency, and demonstrated leadership ability. You’ll begin by learning to process client data accurately and efficiently. Team members who consistently meet performance standards and show leadership potential may be considered for advancement into supervisory responsibilities. Schedule & Pay In-Office | Monday – Friday | 9am-6pm Pay is based on experience Potential Growth Into Leadership · Assist with team workflow and task coordination · Help ensure deadlines and quality standards are met · Support and guide team members as needed · Communicate clearly with team and leadership
Requirements
- Comfortable and speedy using Excel
- Basic Knowledge of other Microsoft Programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.
- Detail Oriented is a MUST
- Composure under pressure and with any deadlines and quotas
- Upbeat attitude – we want someone who gets along well with others and is a team player!
- Reliable and responsible
